At GORUCK, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't meeting your standards, you can return or exchange eligible items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is clean and unused.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
